Intellectual Property

As patents and other proprietary rights are critical to our business, Amunix has filed patent applications in the U.S. and other foreign countries to protect our intellectual property rights in our core technology areas, as well as product-specific applications based on our proprietary technology.

Amunix has filed comprehensive applications to cover the XTEN platform technology and a broad range of XTEN compounds, as well as applications for pharmaceutical products enhanced by XTEN.  In addition, Amunix has filed applications on the microprotein platform, comprising a broad diversity of therapeutic proteins, either solely or in combination with XTEN.

To date, six U.S. and four PCT applications owned by Amunix have published.
